  • Prices : 3,90€ shipping cost for orders under 49€.

Free shipping on all orders over 49€.

  • Delivery time : Delivery within 2 to 4 days from shipment (Tuesday to Saturday)

Home delivery with DPD 

  • Prices : From 6,99€ (depending on the weight of the package)
  • Delays : Delivery in 24 to 48 hours from shipment (Monday to Friday).

The package is delivered against signature

Home delivery with Chronopost 

  • Price : 15,49€
  • Delivery time : Delivery in 24 hours from the shipment (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery in relay point with Chrono relais 

  • Price : 10,49€
  • Delivery time : Delivery in 24 hours from the shipment (Monday to Saturday)

To be delivered tomorrow, which delivery method should I choose? .

If for your order you choose a delivery via Chronopost before noonYou will receive your items the next day, before 1pm, at your home or in a relay point.

This option does not work for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday. 

How long will my package be kept in a relay point?

You have a period of 10 days to withdraw your package in a relay point. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us and return fees will be retained.

What documents do I need to provide to pick up my order in a relay point? ...

To pick up your order in a relay point, you just have to show your ID.

You can also bring your package number (accessible from your order tracking).
A friend will pick up the package for you? Remember to give him a proxy and your ID.

I have not received my package, what should I do?

What is the "warehouse pickup" option?

Pick up in our warehouse allows you to pick up your order directly in our warehouse and thus avoid shipping costs.
As soon as your package is ready to be picked up, you will receive an e-mail to inform you and you can then come and pick it up in our warehouse at the following address

Can I have my order delivered abroad?

If you live overseas, you can be delivered in 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Saturday) by Colissimo from 24.99€. The chronopost option for a delivery in 3 days is from 32€. Packages are limited to 30kg.
Some products such as aerosols and bulky products are not eligible for transport to overseas. The orders are invoiced without taxes, the customs duties and the VAT will be to regulate in addition with the arrival of the parcel.
Areas served: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

For countries subject to customs constraints, customs duties and VAT will be paid in addition upon arrival of the package.
