What are the rates and delivery times?

Rates and delivery times vary depending on the mode of transportation you choose.

Delivery in relay point with Relais Colis

  • Prices : 3,90€ shipping cost for orders under 49€.

Free shipping on all orders over 49€.

  • Delivery time : Delivery within 2 to 4 days from shipment (Tuesday to Saturday)

Home delivery with DPD 

  • Prices : From 6,99€ (depending on the weight of the package)
  • Delays : Delivery in 24 to 48 hours from shipment (Monday to Friday).

The package is delivered against signature

Home delivery with Chronopost 

  • Price : 15,49€
  • Delivery time : Delivery in 24 hours from the shipment (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery in relay point with Chrono relais 

  • Price : 10,49€
  • Delivery time : Delivery in 24 hours from the shipment (Monday to Saturday)

If for your order you choose a delivery via Chronopost before noonYou will receive your items the next day, before 1pm, at your home or in a relay point.

This option does not work for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday. 


How long will my package be kept in a relay point?

You have a period of 10 days to withdraw your package in a relay point. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us and return fees will be retained.

The Payment
What payment methods can I use?

Payments are made only by credit cards.
You can pay by Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard via the secure payment platform of the CIC bank and the 3D secure module (a verification code can be used to verify the payment). You can also pay by Hipay, which will be sent to you by sms by your bank).

When will I be charged?

You are debited with the amount of your order as soon as it is validated.


Can I pay securely online?

The padlock symbol and the url https:// indicate that the connection to the payment server is totally secure. You can therefore pay online on our site with complete peace of mind.

How do I know if my order has been registered?

As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.


How do I track my order?

To track your order, log in to your account, go to the tab "my orders" and then "details" of the order. Click on the link in the green banner to follow the progress of your order.


Can I change the delivery location of an order that has already been confirmed?

Once your order is validated, it cannot be modified.

Returns and Refunds
What are the conditions of return?

In accordance with Articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to return your items at your expense. (Food products with a DLUO/DLC of less than one month cannot be returned).

The product must be returned to Féerie Cake, 8 avenue Christian Doppler, 77700 Serris.

Only products returned in their original packaging, complete, intact and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any damaged product will not be reimbursed, nor taken back, nor exchanged.

With the exception of shipping and return costs, this right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. In accordance with the article L 121-20 of the Code of consumption we will refund you within thirty (30) days.


How do I return an item?

To return an item, log into your account, go to the "my orders" tab and select the order concerned. Check the product(s) you wish to return, specify the reason for the return and validate.

You will receive within 48 hours, an e-mail indicating the procedure to follow for the return of your items.
Only products returned in their original packaging, complete, intact and in perfect condition for resale can be returned. The food products with a DLUO/DLC lower than one month cannot be returned.
For information, it is strongly advised to send the return of your package via La Poste.

Finally, in accordance with our general conditions of sale, we remind you that the return costs are entirely at your charge.


Who pays for the return trip?

If you return an item that is not suitable for you, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you do not collect your parcel from a relay point, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the package we will reimburse your order minus 7.80 € of shipping costs.

How do I find my basket from one visit to the next?

Your cart remains active even when you log out. Remember to refresh the page the next time you visit, so if products are no longer available since your last visit, the update will be done automatically.


How do I change my contact information?

To change your name, first name or password, log in to your account and go to the "my personal data" tab.

To change your mailing address, go to the "my addresses" tab.
If you wish to change your e-mail address, please contact our customer service at info@feeriecake.fr.


How do I manage my newsletters?

To keep up to date with our offers and news, go to the bottom of the homepage of the site and enter your e-mail address in the field provided for this purpose.

Feel like a little break? To stop receiving our newsletters, simply click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page of one of our newsletters.

Sponsorship and Loyalty Program
How to sponsor friends?

You can sponsor your friends from your 2nd order. Log in to your account, go to the "sponsorship" tab and fill in your friends' details. At the first purchase of your friend, he/she will receive a 3€ discount on his/her order (provided that it reaches a minimum of 30€). Once your friend's order is validated and after a period of 7 days, you will receive a reward of 3€ (valid for any order of 30€ or more).


How does the loyalty program work?

The points-based loyalty program has been replaced by our new Féerie Cake Premium program , read more.

If you had points that you earned before the launch of Féerie Cake Premium you had until November 30, 2021 to use them.
