How to use Fractal Colours powdered food coloring?

• To add beautiful shades of color to your cakes and chocolates: apply the food coloring powder with a dry brush to add soft colors to your baked goods. It is ideal for adding relief, gradations or shading to your cakes.
• In food paint by adding a little Rejuvenator Spirit: you will have a more intense color than by applying dry coloring, perfect for making beautiful drawings or calligraphy on your pastries.
• To color your cake mixes or homemade chocolates: melt white chocolate and add a little powdered coloring to obtain intense chocolate color.

These food coloring powders are fat-soluble: what does that mean?

Fat-soluble dyes mix particularly well in fats. Powdered dyes are therefore suitable for coloring cakes, cupcakes, icing(buttercreams, ganaches, drip icing, etc...) and chocolates.
