These velvet effect food coloring cans from Mallard Ferriere will give your desserts a delicate velvet finish, just like in the pastry shop.

For desserts, mousses, ice creams and iced cakes as soft on the outside as they are on the inside!

How to use spray food coloring (or food flocking cans)?

1. Freeze your dessert, cake or mousse for at least 2 hours.
2. Keep your spray at room temperature: the greater the thermal shock, the more successful the velvet effect will be.
3. Once your dessert is out of the freezer, immediately spray the food coloring in one continuous spray from a distance of 30 cm for an even finish.

That's it! Enjoy your masterpiece right away to prevent it from melting.
