To give fruity tastes to your desserts in all seasons, nothing better than the concentrated fruit flavoring preparations of the Saracino brand. They will give life to your cakes, ganaches, macaroons, cupcakes, ice creams and even yogurts!
These flavoring preparations can also be used as jams to give your desserts even more intense flavors.
Even after cooking, the flavours given by Saracino flavouring preparations remain intact.
Directions for use:
Mix well before use.
As a general rule, use 100 to 120 g of flavoring paste for one liter of preparation.
To make mousses: put 100 g of flavouring paste per liter of cream.
To make bavarois: put 100 g of flavouring paste in each liter of milk.
To make cakes: put 120 g of flavouring paste for 1 kg of preparation.
To make ice cream: use 100 to 120 g of flavouring paste for 1 kg of preparation.
Then, simply mix the flavoring paste with your other ingredients for about a minute until the mixture is smooth. Then proceed with the next steps of your recipe as usual.
Ingredients:
Strawberry" flavouring: glucose syrup, sucrose syrup, strawberry puree (20%), acidifier (E330), gelling agent (E440), flavourings, colouring (E100, E163), carrot extract.
Raspberry" flavouring: sugar, raspberry juice and pulp (35%), glucose syrup, acidifier (E330), thickener (E440), flavourings, colourings (E163, E100)
Lemon" flavouring: glucose syrup, sucrose syrup, lemon juice (5%), acidifier (E330), lemon juice concentrate, flavouring, thickener (E440)
May contain traces ofeggs, peanuts, soy, milk and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios).
