Concentrated flavour pastes 200 g - Several flavours

These concentrated flavoring pastes from Saracino will allow you to give delicious flavors to your cakes, ganaches, macaroons, cupcakes, ice creams and even yogurts!

Easy to use, the flavors given by these flavoring pastes remain constant even after cooking.

Directions for use:

Mix well before use.

As a general rule, use 100 to 120 g of flavoring paste for one liter of preparation.

To make mousses: put 100 g of flavouring paste per liter of cream.

To make bavarois: put 100 g of flavouring paste in each liter of milk.

To make cakes: put 120 g of flavouring paste for 1 kg of preparation.

To make ice cream: use 100 to 120 g of flavouring paste for 1 kg of preparation.

Then, simply mix the flavoring paste with your other ingredients for about a minute until the mixture is smooth. Then proceed with the next steps of your recipe as usual.

Coffee" flavouring: sugar, water, freeze-dried coffee (14.4%), sweetened condensed milk, colouring (E150b), thickener (E407), natural flavouring

Chocolate and hazelnut flavouring: hazelnuts, sugar, glucose, low-fat cocoa powder,peanut oil, emulsifier ( soya lecithin), flavouring

Hazelnut" flavouring: hazelnuts (100%)

Contains hazelnut and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk and nuts (almonds, pistachios).

Pistachio flavouring: pistachios (>99%), colourings (E100, E140)

Contains pistachio and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts).

Tiramisu" flavouring: Marsala, sugar,egg yolks and eggs, flavourings, coffee, hazelnuts andpeanut oil

Contains eggs, hazelnuts, peanuts and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk and nuts (almonds, pistachios).

Flavouring "vanilla bourbon with grains": sucrose syrup, dextrose, flavourings, vanilla beans (0.5%), thickener (E407), colourings (beta-carotene, E101)
