    With its biscuity notes, its hint of salt and its gourmet blond color, this Dulcey blond chocolate from Valrhona is worth the detour.     Features:

    White chocolate (35% cocoa butter minimum) to be tempered

    Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, lactoserum(milk), butter(milk), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

    Store in a dry place between 16 and 18°.
