Making royal icing to decorate cookies or a beautiful cake? With this preparation for royal icing, nothing could be easier and faster. Just add water, mix a little with an electric mixer and you're done. All that's left to do is color with food coloring or directly into a piping bag!
Instructions:
Mix for 10 minutes with a mixer on speed 2, without aerating the product, until a homogeneous white glaze is obtained.
For a hard consistency:
36 ml of water for 300 g of product
For a medium consistency: 48 ml of water for 300 g of product
For a soft consistency: 72 ml of water for 300 g of product
Ingredients: sugar,egg albumin (egg white powder, foaming agent : E1505), anti-caking agent : E551, acidifier : E330, stabilizer : E415.
May contain traces of milk and milk derivatives.
