Description
We don't need to introduce you to the Smartflex sugar paste: this very easy to handle and elastic sugar paste that doesn't crack to cover your cakes without sweating.
But do you know the Smartflex sugar paste white chocolate flavor? In 1 kg format, its little chocolate taste will allow you to model greedy decorations on your cakes or cupcakes. It is of course perfect for covering your cakes.
Tip: if the dough is firm when you open it, soften it by kneading it for a few minutes in your hands. Some of our customers put it in the microwave for a few seconds, we haven't tested it but you have the tip!
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seeds), modified starch: potato starch, thickener (xanthan gum), flavour, preservative (potassium sorbate) acidity regulator (citric acid).
