The meringue powder from Funcakes meringue powder will be indispensable for making meringues, pavlovas or buttercream.
Just add a little water and sugar if you like.
NB: The consistency of the product does not allow for a royal icing.
Meringue recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 120°C (100°C for a convection oven).
- Pour 14 g of meringue powder with 125 ml of water and 125 g of powdered sugar.
- Blend with an electric whisk until you have a white foam.
- Gradually add 250 g of powdered sugar.
- Stir until a bird's beak consistency is formed
- Poach your meringues and bake for 1h30. Let the meringues cool in the oven.
Weight : 150 g
Ingredients : dehydrated egg white, sugar, thickener (E466), acidifier (E330).
May contain traces of soy, milk, gluten and lupin.
