Ingredients: Gelling sugar: pectin. Possible traces of wheat. Can be kept for 1 month after opening, away from heat and humidity. For the allergens see characters in bold.
Directions for use : 1 sachet for 1 kg of fruit and 400 g of sugar (minimum quantity recommended).
Mix 1 packet of mixture with sugar. Heat the fruit until it comes to a boil. Add the powder mixture in one go and put on medium heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Let cook, stirring regularly, until the desired consistency is reached. Fill your jam jars while hot.
