Food gelatin in sheet form is the one most often used. It is practical and easy to use. It is used to give hold to your mousses, desserts and glazes.
Ingredient: food gelatin of porcine origin (category G - NF V59-001)
Directions: Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes. Squeeze out the gelatin before stirring into the hot mixture.
Dosage: 3 leaves per 1/2 liter of preparation.
Can be kept 1 month after opening at room temperature.
