Once it is clean, simply put it back on its base and you will be able to turn your tray to make your most beautiful cake designs.

How to use this manual turntable for pastries?

To make a nice smooth layer cake:

1. Cut out your cake with a cake cutter.
2. Place a round cake board in the center of your turntable.
3. Place a little buttercream frosting in the center of your cake board to hold your cake together and then place your first layer of cake.
4. Wet your sponge cake with syrup using a brush or a pouring bottle.
5. Pipe your icing in a circle using a piping bag.
6. Repeat until you reach your last layer of sponge cake.
7. Using a frosting spatula, make sure all your layers are lined up.
8. Spoon a generous amount of buttercream around the edges of your cake and then smooth out your frosting with your frosting spatula while rotating your turntable.
9. Next, spoon a generous amount of buttercream over the top of your cake and smooth the icing with an angled spatula.

That's it! You've got a beautiful, perfectly frosted cake and you don't even have to move around thanks to this rotating tray.
