This buttercream mix will allow you to fill 100 cupcakes or cover 10 cakes with a diameter of 20 cm, no less!

Preparation: First, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. For one portion of buttercream, whisk 125 g of mixture with 125 ml of water and let stand for at least 1 hour. Blend 150 g unsalted butter for about 5 minutes. Add the mixture to the butter in four stages, making sure that the mixture is completely incorporated into the butter each time before adding the next stage. Blend the mixture for about 10 minutes until smooth. One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and top a 20 cm cake or to decorate about 12 cupcakes.
Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, whey powder (milk), dextrose (wheat), glucose syrup (dehydrated), gelling agent : E339, E450, E516, E401, emulsifier : E435, salt, thickener : E415, flavour (milk).
