This preparation packaged in a small jar will allow you to make excellent desserts. You can also flavour your ice creams, frostings, buttercreams, yoghurt cakes etc.
Its texture is closer to that of a coulis. Recommended dosage: 30g for 500g of preparation.
Ingredients: sugar, banana (30%), glucose syrup, flavouring, water, thickener E440a, antioxidant E330, colourings (E100, E160a).
