    Make a delicious strawberry flavored bavarois, filling or dessert with the FunCakes Bavarois Mix!

    Preparation: Whip the cream into a stiff whipped cream. Mix the mix with the water, then gently fold the mixture into the cream using a spatula. Work the mixture immediately and leave it to thicken for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. The resulting mixture is freeze-proof.

    Store in a cool, dry place between 8 and 24ºC.

    Proportions: 250 ml fresh cream, 50 g bavarian mix and 60 ml warm water.
