Usage: 500 g of marzipan for a 24-26 cm round cake and a 20 x 20 cm square cake.
Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, invertase, acidifier: E330, naturalalmond flavorcoloring : E124, E161b.
