Description
Give your buttercreams and frostings, bavarois, ice creams and other preparations a gourmet and original flavor using this "Chantilly" food flavoring from FunCakes.
FunCakes flavoring pastes can be added in the mass to a cake batter for example and are perfect" for baking. Ideal for flavoring your cookie dough or your cupcakes for example.
Add the recommended amount of flavoring to your preparation. Add more food flavoring if the baking temperature is high (above 200°C), as this may reduce the intensity of the flavoring. These flavours can also be added to the chocolate ganache.
Recommended dosage: 20g for 500g of preparation.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, honey, condensed milk, sucrose syrup, emulsifier: E473, flavor.
