Fruit coulis for desserts and cakes

The fruit coulis is a puree of fruits cooked with sugar and extended with a liquid (water). There is a large variety of them: red fruit, exotic fruit, strawberry, raspberry etc.

You use them as an accompaniment to cottage cheese, desserts such as panna cotta, cheesecakes ...

They are also suitable for making your own sorbets and ice creams. Try it, it's a treat. Make a frozen yogurt and accompany it with red fruit coulis, a treat!
