Sugarflair oil dyes are fat-soluble dyes, which means that they work with fats. They are therefore suitable for adding color to chocolate, buttercream, and cake mixes containing fat. They can also be used for sugar paste, flower paste, modeling clay, royal icing, marzipan, pastry...
Note that the consistency of oil-based dyes are slightly thicker than other oil-based dyes. Mix well before use.
The dye will continue to intensify over the hours. Once you have colored your subject, let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours to let the dye work and you will see the color strengthen.
