FunCakes sugarpaste is extremely flexible and easy to work with, whether you are covering a cake, modeling with molds or cutting with acookie cutter.
This sugar paste dries quickly without cracking and its sweet vanilla flavor will go well with most of your cakes.
If you want to change the color of your FunCakes sugarpaste, you can perfectly color it with food coloring.
Tips for using FunCakes sugar paste:
Let the sugar paste come to room temperature before use.
500 g of sugar paste are enough to cover a round cake of 20 cm in diameter.
Once the dough has reached room temperature, knead it vigorously until the sugar dough is smooth and elastic.
Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on your work surface and roll out your sugar dough with a rolling pin until it is evenly spread (2 to 3 mm thick is ideal for covering a cake) without forgetting to give it a quarter turn from time to time to prevent it from sticking.
If after rolling out the dough you find that the edges are cracking, knead it again until it is sufficiently elastic.
If you choose to color the sugar dough, let it sit covered for an hour after coloring and then knead it again for best results.

Store in a cool (15-20°C), dark place.
