Having friends over and don't have time to make a cake? Quickly, quickly, draw this sponge cake mix! A bit of sugar paste or a ready-to-use icing and you're done.
The sponge cake is an ultra soft cake equivalent to our sponge cake.
Instructions for a 24-26cm round mold:
Put 330g of mixture, 4 eggs and 33ml of water in the bowl of your food processor and beat for 8min on maximum speed then 1-2min on minimum speed. Grease and flour your pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake at 175-180° for 30 minutes. Do not open the oven door before the end of the cooking time.
