Cake design lovers know it well. The food lace allows to realize delicate edible decorations to decorate cakes, wedding cake and even cupcakes!

This gluten-free mix from FunCakes makes a white lace with a caramel flavor. 

Preparation Tip:

• Mix 50 g of mix with 50 ml of water in a bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes on medium speed.
• Fill a lace mould with the dough thus obtained.
• Let dry for 9-12 minutes in a 110°C oven (100°C fan oven) or 3-4 hours in the open air, out of the oven.
• To prevent hardening, cover the lace with aluminum foil and use within 2 hours.
• Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature changes and heat sources.
