Cardboard cake stands were traditionally used for wedding cakes but are becoming increasingly popular for cake design presentations. The cake drum is a thick cardboard support (usually 1cm), unlike the cake board which is much thinner.

Serial bakers and cake designers know that the thick cardboard stand is a must. It is used to display your decorated cake. These are rectangular and can be covered with sugar paste if you wish to decorate them. Depending on the colors of your cake design, adapt the color of your rectangular cake drum. You can also decorate it with a satin ribbon.
