For the same reasons, some dyes do not resist well to cooking like red and blue.

Red dye :

Ingredients : beet red, maltodextrin, antioxidant : E330.

May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, celery, mustard.

Note that the red dye does not resist well to cooking and may lose its color

Green dye :
