Powdered surface dyes for cake decoration

These powdered colorants from Scrapcooking are surface colorants. They are used to decorate your preparations on the surface and are applied with a brush .

How to use surface food coloring?

Depending on the surface to be decorated, choose the right brush with a more or less fine brush.

For a better adherence of the coloring powder, slightly moisten the brush.

Apply the dye to your macaroon shells, sugar paste, royal icing, buttercream or any icing as long as it is firm enough.

Do not color in the mass, do not mix in your preparations such as cake batter, cupcake batter, pancake batter ...
