Conservation:
It looks like you have some sugar paste already open on your arms... So what? You can store it wrapped in cling film and then in a tightly closed box, all at room temperature.
If the dough has hardened slightly you can soften it with a little glycerin orCrisco.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seeds), modified starch: potato starch, coloring (E133), thickener: xanthan gum, flavor, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
No allergenic ingredients.
