Gluten free buttercream preparation - 500 g
Add a touch of creaminess to all your cakes with this gluten-free buttercream mix from FunCakes. It's perfect for filling cookies, decorating a cake or even a delicious batch of cupcakes.
This gluten-free buttercream mix contains less than 20 mg / 20 ppm of gluten per kilo and is therefore suitable for all people who are sensitive to gluten or suffer from celiac disease.
The preparation is particularly simple to make:
- In a container, pour 150 grams of mixture and add 100 ml of water and mix.
- Let stand for 1 hour.
- During this time, let 180 g of butter soften and beat it for 2 minutes
- Add half the butter to the mixture. Whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the remaining butter and mix vigorously for 5 minutes.
It's ready, all you have to do is enjoy it!
