La Patelière 's glucose-fructose syrup is a sweet liquid ingredient composed of glucose and fructose.
Of vegetable origin and obtained from cereals, the glucose fructose syrup made in France uses only conventional (non-GMO) wheat and corn, which are almost exclusively of French origin.
Because of its liquid form, glucose fructose syrup is better integrated than solid sugars in certain products such as drinks. It brings texture, brightness and a better stability.
It gives a longer shelf life to the products that contain it and prevents the drying of cakes and cookies, avoids the recrystallization of sugar in sweets or jams and the recrystallization of water in ice creams.

Can be kept 1 month after opening at room temperature.
