A powdered preparation to simply prepare your macaroons. With natural food coloring and without palm oil.
Just add water to make delicious macaroons with a great almond taste.
One bag of macaroon powder makes 35 macaroons of about 3.5 cm diameter.
Directions for use:
Whisk 250 g of powdered mixture with 50/60 g of water for about 7-10 minutes at medium speed until smooth. Transfer the mixture into the piping bag and pipe your macaroon shells. Consider the silicone macaroon mat to make it easier to poach uniform shells.
Use the silicone macaroon mat to help you make perfect macaroons. Let the resulting mixture rest for about 120 minutes so that a light crust forms. Bake at 135° C (convection oven) or 150° C (static oven) for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients preparation for white macaroons: sugar, almond flour (28%), egg white powder, modified corn starch, emulsifiers: E475, E471; skimmed milk powder, salt, flavors: vanillin, white: No coloring
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat sources. The product is kept tightly closed until the expiration date indicated.
