    Mirror glaze for desserts and cakes

    One 220 g jar of gold-colored mirror icing mix.

    How to use the mirror glaze?

    This ready-to-use mirror glaze is perfect for use on your entremets and mousse-based desserts. 

    You will need a kitchen thermometer to prepare this mirror glaze.

    Once your frosting is ready to use, remove your dessert from the freezer and place it on a cooling rack.

    Pour the glaze over your frozen entremets. It is important that your dessert be frozen so that the glaze can set.

    Using an angled spatula, quickly smooth the surface to remove excess and obtain a clean and smooth surface.



    Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, thickeners : E407,E410, acidity regulator: E331iii, colors: E172, E102*.

    May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seed, lupin and soy.

    E102 may have adverse effects on the activity and attention of children. 

    Store in a dark and dry place after opening.
