How to make a letter cake?

Usually it is a sweet pastry which composes this type of cake like a shortcrust pastry for example. 

Roll out your sweet dough with a rolling pin

Then, using the templates, cut out the desired letters. 

Ideally, make the cut directly on the baking sheet to avoid handling the cut letter. 

Bake for the time indicated by your recipe.

Decorating the letter cake

Just like the number cake, the success of these cakes lies in the decoration and the cream that will top the layers of cookies.
