Decorating a cake with an unleavened disc is quick and easy. These unleavened toppers are edible and are placed on a cake previously covered with icing for a better adherence.
Cover your cake with a delicious icing. Don't use whipped cream or icing that is too wet, as this will spoil the unleavened disc. Prefer ganache, buttercream, American buttercreams or sugar paste.
If you are placing an unleavened topper on sugar paste, put a dab of food glue on it so that the disc will stick.

Tip: glue your unleavened disk at the last minute to prevent it from curling up as it absorbs moisture from the glaze.
