Preparation for waffles - 1 kg

Preparation Tips:

Ingredients should be at room temperature. Using a food processor with dough hooks, mix 500 g of mixture, 150 g of butter (cream), 175 ml of water and 1 egg (50 g) for about 3-4 minutes. The dough should be smooth.

Mix 200 g of pearl sugar with 20 g of slightly melted butter. Add the pearl sugar and butter mixture to the dough.

Preheat waffle iron and grease both cooking racks.

Make 70 g balls of dough (about 15 pieces). Cook waffles for 3-4 minutes in waffle iron until golden brown.
