How to use this "wood effect" log kit?

This log kit is a no-bake log kit, i.e. as a dessert or as an ice cream log. It will be the ideal opportunity to try our recipe for a mango, passion fruit and vanilla Yule log for a delicious and exotic Christmas dessert.

Combine this log kit with our insert molds to add the delicious fruity heart to your dessert. Place the relief mat in the log tray (pattern facing up) and once your insert and crispy cookie are ready, pour your Bavarian mousse into your log tray until halfway up. 

Place your insert and finish filling your gutter with your Bavarian mousse.

To finish, place your crispy cookie layer on top.

Let stand in the fridge (or freezer depending on your recipe) to solidify your log, then turn out onto the golden cake stand provided.

Decorate your Yule log with golden Christmas decorations and "long live the wind" sprinkles, and voilà! Your Yule log is ready to be enjoyed.

Tips for using the "knitting" log kit

Log mould :

• Before using for the first time, wash the mold in hot water and wipe it dry.
• After each use, wash and dry it.
• Use from -20°C to 35°C.
• Can be refrigerated and frozen.
• Not dishwasher or oven safe.

Golden cake stand:

• After each use, clean the holder with a slightly damp sponge and wipe it dry.
