How to use this "padded" log kit?

Nothing could be easier with the recipe provided in this log kit!

Simply place your padded structure sheet at the bottom of your plastic tray, then place your preparation that does not require cooking (mousse, cream, ice cream, chocolate, etc...) leaving room in the tray to insert your insert previously molded with the insert mold.

Once you have placed your insert in your trough, all you have to do is add a thin layer of joconde cookie or sponge cake on top to form the base of your Yule log.

Let it rest in the fridge or freezer depending on the recipe you have chosen and once your preparation has set, all you have to do is unmould your beautiful quilted log, place it on one of the golden cake stands and decorate it with mirror icing or velvet effect spray, a few golden chocolate beads in the interstices of your fluffy relief and why not a few small sugar trees?

Tips for using the "quilted" log kit

Before using for the first time, wash the molds in hot water and wipe them dry.

After each use, wash and dry them.

Use from -20°C to 35°C.

Can be refrigerated and frozen.

Not dishwasher or oven safe.

The golden cake stands are reusable and greaseproof.
