This golden chocolate has an intense and balanced taste with notes of caramel, butter, cream and a touch of salt. Once melted, these pebbles will have a nice amber color: perfect color to make nice decorations for your cakes and cupcakes.
As its name suggests, couverture chocolate can be used to coat candies. It melts very easily and will cover your confections with a thin shiny layer of chocolate.
But the couverture chocolate can also be used to make ice cream, sauces or chocolate cakes. This "golden" chocolate will be particularly suitable for making molds and decorations thanks to its particular color. Its caramel color will be perfect to make delicious bank coins with the "Gringotts bank coins" chocolate mold.
